By accessing, registering, or using COMPLIFY.PK, you (the "Subscriber", "Brokerage", "TREC Holder", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement is entered into with Cyntrona SMC-Private Limited. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must immediately terminate access.
COMPLIFY.PK provides organizational calendar reminders, deadline calculations, and operational workflow features designed solely as internal assistance tools. The final legal, statutory, and financial responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all regulatory submissions remains exclusively with the registered brokerage firm and its designated Chief Executive Officer and Compliance Officer.
Under no circumstances shall Cyntrona SMC-Private Limited, its directors, developers, or affiliates be liable for any regulatory show-cause notices, penalties, fines, suspension of trading terminals, forfeiture of trading rights, loss of profit, or institutional sanctions imposed on the brokerage by the SECP, PSX, PMEX, FBR, or any competent court or tribunal.
Regulatory circulars, filing timelines, and compliance rules are subject to change, statutory extensions, or judicial interpretations. The platform empowers each brokerage to edit, adjust, and override compliance rules for its own account. The brokerage compliance officer has an affirmative professional duty to verify statutory due dates against official exchange and SECP circulars.
Subscriptions are billed quarterly or annually in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as specified in the active plans issued by Cyntrona SMC-Private Limited (314-Koh-I-Noor Phase 1, Qainchi Ferozpur Road, Lahore, Pakistan; NTN NO. K046568 — 4% Withholding Tax Applicable on All Subscriptions). Offline bank payments are subject to review and confirmation by platform administration. Upon approval, subscription periods are extended sequentially from the prior expiration date, and official paid tax receipts are issued by Cyntrona SMC-Private Limited. All payments are non-refundable once activated.
All rights, title, source code, user interfaces, compliance calculation algorithms, mobile applications, databases, and trademarks associated with COMPLIFY.PK are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Cyntrona SMC-Private Limited. Unauthorized reverse engineering, scraping, copying, or unauthorized licensing is strictly prohibited under the Copyright Ordinance, 1962 and Electronic Crimes Act, 2016.
These terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
